About Us

Ophthalmologists are MD’s who graduate from Medical School and have gone on to receive extensive additional training in the treatment of diseases and surgery of the eye. Advanced Eye Care of the Upstate, PA was founded by Michael S. Phillips, MD in 2007 with the goal of providing advanced patient centered compassionate eye care; Dr. Phillips has assembled a supportive staff of highly trained technicians and front office staff to further this goal.

We are pleased to provide the most modern techniques and an excellent quality of care for eye conditions while maintaining friendly and prompt service.
